2. Services

SprySEO provides website analysis, content planning, AI-assisted article generation, multilingual content management, quality checks, publishing schedules, and content delivery. Available features, usage allowances, and fees are governed by the applicable product page, order, or separate agreement.

3. Your obligations

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration or contact information.
  • Comply with applicable laws and do not use the services for unlawful activities.
  • Do not compromise system security, conduct malicious attacks, or perform unauthorized bulk scraping.
  • Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

4. Fees and payment

For paid services, pricing, settlement, invoicing, and refund terms are governed by the applicable product page, order, or other commercial agreement. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in restricted or suspended access.

5. Intellectual property and data rights

The intellectual property rights in the platform's underlying technology, system features, and related documentation belong to the operator or applicable rights holders. You or the applicable rights holder retain lawful rights in the data, materials, and content you submit through the services.

7. Breach and liability

A party that breaches these terms and causes loss to the other party will bear the corresponding liability. You are responsible for third-party claims or administrative penalties resulting from your unlawful use of the services and must compensate the platform for resulting losses.
